BAKED EGGS | |
2 c. seasoned croutons 4 eggs, slightly beaten 2 c. milk 1/2 tsp. salt Pepper 1/4 tsp. onion powder 4 (8 oz.) Cheddar cheese Place croutons in buttered pan. Pour milk mixture over croutons. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top. Bake in 325 degree oven for 55-60 minutes. Pan size, 10 x 6 x 2 inches. (To double recipe, use a 9 x 13 inch pan). Sausage, ham, broccoli, etc., can be added to mixture. (Pt. Philip-Zion) |
