BARBECUE SAUCE 
1 med. onion (chopped)
1 green pepper (chopped)
1/3 c. pickle relish
1/3 c. vinegar
1/2 c. ketchup
3 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. prepared mustard

Combine all ingredients. Heat to boiling then simmer gently for 5 minutes. Add to beef or pork. Cook until heated. Serves 4-6.
