NO BAKE FRUIT PUDDING 
1 stick butter
3 eggs, separated
1 pkg. vanilla wafers
3 mashed bananas
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained
2 env. Knox gelatin
1 c. sugar
1 sm. can coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. boiling water

Cream butter, sugar and egg yolks. Add coconut, drained pineapple, bananas and nuts. Pour pineapple juice over gelatin then add boiling water, stir until dissolved. Pour over other ingredients. Crush vanilla wafers. Add to above ingredients. Beat egg whites fold in. Pour in buttered dish. Refrigerate 12 hours. Turn onto plate or leave in dish. Top with Cool Whip and cherries.
