BUTTERCREAM ICING 
1/2 c. Crisco
1/4 c. water
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. flavoring
1 lb. powdered sugar
1/2 tbsp. egg white powder

Place Crisco in bowl; dissolve egg white powder and salt in water, beating until frothy, then add to bowl containing Crisco. Add extract and powdered sugar. Stir and mix at low speed until combined. Scrape bowl, then increase speed and beat 7 minutes until soft and fluffy (increases volume of icing and eliminates heavy sweetness).
