BUTTERCREAM ICING 
1/2 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. Crisco shortening
1 tbsp. clear vanilla extract
1 c. 10K powdered sugar
2 tbsp. milk

Cream butter and shortening well. Add vanilla. Gradually add 10K powdered sugar. Add milk. Mix thoroughly and spread on cake. Can be stored in covered container in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
