HEALTHY ZUCCHINI STICKS | |
4 medium (6"-8" long) zucchini 1/2 cup egg beaters 1/2 cup all purpose flour 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 - 3/4 cup Panko (Japanese bread crumbs) salt Cut zucchini into 3-4 inch finger size sticks. Toss sticks in a bag with flour and garlic powder. Place in bowl with Egg Beaters and coat. Roll sticks in Panko on waxed paper and place on Pam sprayed cooky sheet. Bake in preheated 425°F oven for about 8-9 minutes. Turn and bake another 6-8 minutes or until light brown and crisp tender. Serve with a favorite dip or salsa. Yum! Submitted by: Darylee |
