STRAWBERRY PEPPERCORN MARINADE | |
2 Cups fresh strawberries 1 tbsp. minced garlic 3 tbsp. dark molasses 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar juice form 1 small lemon 1/4 cup orange juice 30-40 peppercorns Place all ingredients into a blender and "frapee" 30 to 40 seconds or until smooth. Diamond cut room temperature steak and place into a gallon size ziplock bag. Pour marinade over steak making sure it is covered. Place into refrigerator and leave for at least 6 hours turning every 2 hours if possible. ENJOY!! Submitted by: The man who loves to cook |
