BUTTERFINGER CANDY 
2 sticks butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
3 c. oatmeal

FROSTING:

1 1/2 c. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips

Stir butter (do not melt it) with sugars until creamy, then stir in oatmeal. Bake 15 minutes in 350 degree oven. Remove and let cool. Using double boiler, put frosting in top pan. Bring water to full boil and stir mixture until creamy and smooth. Apply to candy part; cool and slice.
