CHICKEN FINGERS 
Chicken breasts

BATTER:

2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vegetable oil

STEP 1: Boil chicken for 30 minutes with salt, pepper and garlic salt.

STEP 2: Remove chicken from bones.

STEP 3: Beat 2 eggs. Stir in 1 cup milk.

STEP 4: Sift together: 1 cup flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1 teaspoon salt. Beat in with milk and eggs.

STEP 5: Beat in 1 teaspoon vegetable oil.

STEP 6: Dip chicken pieces in batter. Fry in Crisco for 7 minutes

(turning once).
