CHICKEN FINGERS 
Chicken breasts, boned
Milk
1 egg, beaten
Seasoned salt
Pepper
Garlic salt
Bisquick
Seasoned salt
Pepper
Oil for frying

Cover chicken breasts in milk, egg, seasoned salt, pepper and garlic salt. Store in refrigerator in covered dish overnight.

Cut chicken into strips. Coat with Bisquick (seasoned to taste with seasoned salt and pepper to taste). Deep fry in pre-heated oil until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Serve warm or cold. Suitable for picnics.
