CHICKEN-STUFFING CASSEROLE 
1 c. lg. chicken strips, cooked
3/4 c. already cooked stuffing
1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
1 egg
1/2 c. chicken broth
1/4 c. peanuts, chopped coarse

Slightly beat egg into chicken broth. In greased 1 quart casserole mix well all ingredients except peanuts. Sprinkle peanuts on top. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Makes 2 servings.
