SWEET AND SOUR PORK 
2 tbsp. corn oil
1 lb. boneless pork, cut in 1" cubes
1 (15 1/4 z.) can pineapple chunks
1/2 c. Karo dark corn syrup
1/4 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. catsup
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp. Argo cornstarch
1/2 c. green pepper pieces

Heat corn oil in skillet over medium heat. Add pork; brown. Add next 6 ingredients, bring to boil. Simmer 10 minutes or until done. Mix cornstarch and 2 tablespoons water until smooth, add to pork with green pepper, Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, boil 2 minutes. Serve over cooked rice. Makes 4 servings.
