CHOCOLATE CRINKLES 
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 oz. unsweetened chocolate, melted & cooled
2 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. powdered sugar

Mix sugar, oil, chocolate and vanilla. Mix in eggs, one at a time. Stir in flour, baking powder and salt. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours.

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Shape dough by rounded teaspoonfuls into balls. Roll in powdered sugar. Place about 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes. Makes about 6 dozen cookies.
