PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE BARS 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. butter
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. all purpose flour
1 c. quick cooking rolled oats

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 13 x 9 inch pan. In small saucepan, melt chocolate pieces with condensed milk over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. In large bowl, beat butter with peanut butter and sugar until blended. Stir in flour and oats until combined. Measure 1 cup and set aside. Press remaining oat mixture evenly onto bottom of baking pan. Spread chocolate mixture evenly over top. Crumble reserve oat mixture over top. Bake 30-35 minutes until topping is golden. Cool approximately 1 hour. Cut into squares. Makes about 24 bars.
