PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES | |
1/2 c. Butter flavor Crisco 1 c. creamy Jif peanut butter 3/4 c. granulated sugar 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar 1 tbsp. milk 1 tsp. vanilla 1 egg 1 1/4 c. all purpose flour 3/4 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. salt Heat oven to 375 degrees. Cream butter flavor Crisco, peanut butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, milk and vanilla in large bowl at medium speed of electric mixer until well blended. Beat in egg. Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Mix into creamed mixture. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheet. Flatten in crisscross pattern with fork dipped in flour. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Cool 2 minutes on baking sheet. |
