RHUBARB ORANGE CREME PIE 
2 egg, separated (beat yolks)

1 c. sugar, beat well

2 tbsp. soft butter

Continue beating.

2 tbsp. orange juice
3 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. finely cut rhubarb

2 beaten egg whites

1/3 c. chopped nuts
1/4 c. sugar

Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce to 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
