CHICKEN NANCY 
6 chicken breasts
2 cans Franco-American chicken gravy
2 med. onions
1 red sweet pepper
1 green pepper
2-3 stalks celery
Seasoned bread crumbs
Eggs

Cut chicken into 2-3 inch pieces. Dip into beaten eggs; dip into seasoned bread crumbs. Brown in oil. In a 13 x 9 inch baking pan, spread 3/4 of 1 can of chicken gravy. Place chicken pieces on top. Cut vegetable and place on top of chicken. Pour remaining gravy over chicken. Cover tight with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
