SWEET AND SOUR MEATBALLS 
3/4-1 c. instant rice
2 lb. lean ground beef
1 med. fresh chopped onion (dry onion ok)
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. salt

Mix and form in balls. This amount is enough to fill a 9 x 13 inch flat pan, nice and full.

Cover with: 1/4 c. white vinegar 4 tbsp. brown sugar 1 c. chopped celery 1/2 c. chopped green pepper

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
