SWEET AND SOUR MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. milk
1 c. bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
Salt and pepper

Optional: 1 onion, cut-up, placed in casserole dish with browned meatballs. Mix the ingredients well and form into balls. Brown in a little oil in a frying pan, turning to brown both sides, then place in a casserole dish. (This will make at least two frying pans full).

SAUCE: (Use same frying pan):

1 c. ketchup
1/2 c. water
3 tbsp. brown sugar
4 tbsp. vinegar
4 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix well and bring to a boil in the frying pan. Pour over meatballs. Bake in a slow oven (300 degrees) for 1 hour. Goes very well served with rice.
