SWEET & SOUR MEATBALLS 
1 env. onion soup mix
1/2 c. water
2 eggs
2 lbs. ground beef

1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained & snipped
1 (8 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce
3/4 c. chili sauce
3/4 c. water
1/3 c. packed brown sugar

Pour 1/2 of mixture in bottom of 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Arrange meatballs on top of sauerkraut mixture in baking dish. Pour remaining mixture over meatballs. Cover with foil and bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake 20 minutes longer. Serve over hot cooked rice. Makes 10 servings.
