SWEET AND SOUR MEATBALLS 
1 c. sour cream (optional)
1 c. bread crumbs
1 c. milk
1/3 c. finely chopped onion
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 (12 oz.) bottles chili sauce
1/2 c. water
1 (10 oz.) jar grape jelly

Combine bread crumbs, milk, onion, meat, egg, salt, and pepper and shape into balls the size of walnuts. Drop into sauce made by combing chili sauce, water, and jelly.

Simmer gently for 1 hour. Just before serving, you could stir in 1 cup sour cream, if you'd like.
