SWEET AND SOUR MEATBALLS 
MEATBALLS:

1 lb. ground beef
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
2 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. oil

Mix all ingredients but oil. Makes 25 meatballs. Brown in oil slowly, then drain off oil.

SAUCE:

1 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. pineapple juice
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 c. water
1 c. pineapple chunks
1 c. green pepper cut in chunks

Mix oil and pineapple juice. Cook over low heat for a few minutes. Add the rest of ingredients (except green peppers and pineapple chunks). Cook until juice thickens, stirring constantly. Add meatballs, pineapple chunks and green peppers. Can keep warm in crock pot.
