4 c. instant mashed potatoes, already prepared
3 oz. soft cream cheese
1/2 c. sour cream and chives
1 egg, beaten
1 c. shredded Colby cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Blend cream cheese with prepared mashed potatoes. Put in a greased casserole dish. Add sour cream, egg, salt and pepper. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 8.
