SPANISH PORK CHOPS 
Pork chops
Ketchup
Onions
Sweet pickle juice

Place desired number of pork chops in a single layer in 9 x 13 baking dish. Top each pork chops with sliced onion and 2 to 3 tablespoon ketchup. Pour sweet pickle juice around pork chops, approximately 1/4 in deep in dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes. Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
