1 c. lard
2/3 c. peanut butter
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. white sugar
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
Chocolate chips
Nuts

Mix ingredients and form into balls. Press with fork. If dough seems dry, add a little water. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet, approximately 12 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes approximately 4 dozen large cookies.
