1 (12 oz.) bag Wacky Mac pasta spirals
1 small can sliced black olives, drained
1 pkg. sliced pepperoni
1/2 green pepper, diced
shredded carrots (optional)
Italian salad dressing (I like Wishbone)
finely shredded mozzarella cheese

SPICES (optional):

basil
oregano
Italian seasoning

Cook noodles according to package directions, drain and rinse with cold water to stop cooking and to cool them.

Drain black olives, add to noodles. Add about 1/2 to 3/4 of the package of sliced pepperoni. Toss in green pepper, shredded carrots and spices.

Pour in 1/2 bottle of salad dressing, add more to taste if it doesn't cover everything. Cover bowl and shake to mix well. Add a handful of cheese as the the topping.

Recipe can be doubled or even tripled.
