DUTCH (OVEN) PANCAKES 
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
Bacon bits, fruit, nuts, optional

Melt butter in pie pan or round cake pan. Mix together flour, milk and eggs. Pour into pan (Optional - add bacon, fruit or nuts). Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve immediately with syrup or powdered sugar. Serves 1. (Close to a Pannekoken.)
