BROWN GRAVY MEAT BALLS | |
1 1/2 lb. ground meat 1 c. bread crumbs 1/4 c. parsley 2 cans beef broth 1 jar mushrooms 1 lg. onion In large bowl, mix meat, bread crumbs, and parsley. Roll into meat balls, then brown in skillet with melted butter. When meat balls are brown, scoot over to one side and add onion and mushrooms and wilt. Then add the soup and boil for 20 minutes or until meat balls are done. Add a water and flour paste to meat and serve over rice. |
