YAM CASSEROLE | |
3 c. mashed yams (2, 24 oz. cans) 1/2 c. sugar 2 eggs 1 1/2 sticks butter, melted 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 c. milk Mix well and pour into a 9 x 13 inch dish. Top with the topping and bake at 350 degrees until done to a brown. TOPPING: 1/2 c. sugar 1/3 stick butter 1/3 c. flour 1 c. pecans, chopped Mix as for pie crust. |
