| BUTTER BEANS (Lima Beans) | |

2 or 3 cans butter beans 1/4 c. butter 3/4 tsp. salt 1/2 c. brown sugar 1 tbsp. mustard 1 c. sour cream Drain beans well. Mix sour cream and beans. Melt butter and mix in other ingredients. Then mix into beans. Bake 35-40 minutes at 350 degrees. | |

I didn't really have time to bake, but I needed some kind of recipe for my 1 can of butter beans. I just cooked it on the stove. Not BAD at all! I will try it again and bake.
