RED RIBBON MEATLOAF 
1 pkg. macaroni and cheese dinner prepared
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 egg
1/2 c. ketchup

Combine all ingredients except macaroni and cheese. Press half meat mixture into bottom of a 1 1/2 quart casserole or loaf pan. Press meat up the side of the pan. Add macaroni and cheese. Top with remaining meat; seal sides of meat together. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Slice and serve from dish.
