SANDY'S ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE 
5 medium to large zucchini, sliced and cooked in 1/4 to 3/4 cup water until crisp.

SAUCE:

3 slices bacon, well cooked
2 tbsp. melted butter
3/4 c. grated cheese
3/4 c. sour cream
2 tsp. chives
Dash salt
2 egg yolks
1/4 tsp. paprika

Mix all above ingredients together then add cooked zucchini.

TOPPING:

2 tablespoons melted butter mixed with 1/4 cup bread crumbs and 3 tablespoons slivered almonds. Place in greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with topping and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
