ETSCHEID GERMAN POTATO SALAD | |
8 to 10 med. size potatoes, boiled (red) 1/2 to 3/4 c. brown vinegar 1/2 c. water 1/2 c. sugar 1 med. sized white onion, chopped 6 slices bacon, cooked crisp Slice potatoes in about 1 inch half rings 1/4 inch thick. Simmer bacon drippings, vinegar, water, sugar and onions for about 10-12 minutes. Pour over sliced potatoes and add crumbled bacon bits. Serve warm. |
