RASPBERRY ORANGE SAUCE 
2 c. fresh or frozen raspberries, thawed
3/4 c. sifted powdered sugar
1/4 c. Cointreau or orange flavored liqueur
1 tbsp. frozen orange juice, thawed

Place raspberries in container of an electric blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Add powdered sugar and remaining ingredients; blend until smooth. Pour through a wire mesh strainer with the back of a spoon to squeeze out liquid. Discard seeds. Serve with pound cake and additional fruit.
