HOT FUDGE SAUCE 
1/2 stick butter
4 sq. baking chocolate, dark
1 c. heavy cream
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can condensed milk
2 tsp. vanilla

Melt chocolate and butter in double boiler. Add cream, sugar and salt. Keep stirring until real smooth. Add condensed milk and vanilla. Yum, yum!

The sauce can be stored in an airtight container - refrigerate. When you want to use some just heat in a small container; this may be heated in the microwave as well.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
