MOSTACCIOLI 
1/2 lb. mostaccioli noodles
1 lb. ground beef
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
1 sm. onion
2 stalks celery
2 c. fresh mushrooms
1 c. cut-up broccoli or zucchini
1 c. green pepper or red pepper
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. garlic
1/4 tsp. basil
1 c. spaghetti sauce
1 c. stewed tomatoes, cut up

Brown ground beef with seasonings and celery, onion and green or red pepper. When beef is cooked, add broccoli or zucchini and mushrooms and tomatoes and spaghetti sauce; simmer. Cook noodles until tender, then drain. Mix sauce mixture with noodles, then layer with cheese into a 2 or 3-quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees; uncovered for 15 minutes. Serves 8. Approximately 320 calories per serving.
