VEAL WITH MUSHROOMS 
Salt and pepper to taste
1 pkg. lean veal cubes, saute until browned
1 (6 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms
2 tbsp. butter
1-2 cloves garlic, minced
3 lg. heaping tbsp. your favorite spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
1/2 c. water
1 onion (med.), sliced and quartered
5 tbsp. fresh chopped parsley
1 tbsp. fresh or dry basil, minced
2-3 oz. red wine (optional)

In large fry pan add butter. Brown veal. Add all above ingredients to pan and cook slowly over low to medium heat until meat is tender. Season to taste. Serve with rice or buttered noodles.

Do not allow sauce to dry out. You may add more water and spaghetti sauce if needed.
