CHEESY BROCCOLI SOUP 
6 c. water
1 1/3 c. powdered milk
4 chicken bouillon cubes
1 tbsp. dry onion flakes
10 oz. pkg. chopped broccoli (uncooked)
3 oz. VERY fine noodles (uncooked)
8 oz. Velveeta cheese (cubed)
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Pepper to taste

Mix 1 cup water and 1 1/3 cup powdered milk to make a paste. Set aside. Combine remaining 5 cups water, bouillon cubes and onion flakes in a large pan, bring to a boil. Add broccoli and bring to boil again. Add noodles and cook until noodles are done. Add water and milk paste, cheese, garlic powder and pepper. Cook only until cheese melts. Makes 4 servings.
