CHEESY BROCCOLI SOUP 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked according to pkg. directions

Drain well. Saute:

1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. butter

Mix:

1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. water
3/4 lb. American cheese, cubed

Cook over medium heat until cheese is melted; add broccoli and sauteed vegetables; stir often. Serve hot.
