EASY - CHEESY BROCCOLI SOUP 
10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
3/4 - 1 c. butter
3 tbsp. butter
11 oz. can cheddar cheese soup
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
Salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste

Boil broccoli in water until tender. Pour off water. In large sauce pan heat soup, butter, milk, broccoli and grated cheddar until creamy and smooth. Add more milk if you want it thinner. Add seasonings to taste. Wonderful on a cold winter's night served with hot, buttery French bread.
