CHEESY BROCCOLI SOUP 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 (10 1/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. water
3/4 lb. process American cheese, cubed

Cook broccoli, according to package direction, omitting salt, drain well. Saute onion and green pepper in butter in medium saucepan, add broccoli and remaining ingredients; cook over medium heat until cheese melts, stirring often. Serve immediately. 5 1/2 cups.
