CHEF - STYLE MACARONI SALAD | |
3 c. uncooked elbow macaroni 1/2 lb. bologna (cut into 1-inch strips) 1/2 lb. salami (cut into 1-inch strips) 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cheddar cheese, diced 3 c. celery, chopped 1/2 c. green onion, sliced 4 hard-cooked eggs (coarsely chopped) 1 1/2 c. dairy sour cream 1/2 c. bottled French dressing 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain. Rinse and drain again. Toss together next 6 ingredients in large bowl. Combine sour cream, French dressing, salt and pepper. Pour over salad mixture and toss gently. Cover and chill well. Serves 14. |
