ANTIPASTO OR CHEF'S SALAD 
1/4 inch slab of meats
Polish cooked ham
Genoa salami
Turkey breast
American cheese
1 head of lettuce
1 cucumber
1 green pepper
1 tomato
1 onion
Italian dressing

Toss cubed meats with cut vegetables. Pour 1/2 to 3/4 bottle of dressing over mixture and marinate several hours for best flavor.
