SHRIMP SALAD 
1 Pullman loaf white bread (or sandwich)
18 oz. shrimp, cooked
3 c. mayonnaise
2 c. minced hard cooked eggs
1/2 c. minced onion
1/2 c. minced celery
Butter

Remove crusts from bread and butter one side of bread. Cube bread. Add cooked shrimp. Add remaining ingredients and mix. Chill overnight. Serve on lettuce leaf with tomato wedges or in tomato.
