GOURMET STUFFED POTATOES 
6 lg. baking potatoes
1 pt. (2 c.) dairy sour cream
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. butter
1 sm. onion, grated
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1 tsp. garlic salt
Salt & pepper to taste
Paprika

Bake potatoes until soft. Remove from oven. Mix rest of ingredients except paprika in large bowl (with electric mixer). Cut warm potatoes in half lengthwise and scoop out potatoes from their shells with a small spoon. Add to mixture and beat thoroughly. Spoon mixture back into shells and sprinkle with paprika. Makes 12 servings. May be prepared ahead and kept in refrigerator. Heat in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes.
