Spread 1 cup nuts, finely chopped, in buttered 8x8 inch pan. Boil together 7 minutes 1/2 cup of butter, 3/4 cup brown sugar, stir constantly. Pour over nuts quickly. Sprinkle 1 (6 oz.) package of chocolate chips over the top while mixture is hot. Cover with the chocolate chips, spread and let stand.
