GLAZED FRUIT 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding and pie filling (NOT instant)
1 1/2 c. fruit juice
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained well
1 (15 oz.) can chunk pineapple, drained well

VARIOUS FRUITS--Some suggestions:

Grapes
Bananas
Straw berries
Blueberries
Mandarin oranges from above can
Chunk pineapple from above can
Marshmallows (optional)
Nuts (optional)

Cook the pudding and pie filling and fruit juice until thick. Stir steadily to prevent burning. Cool completely or make the day before.

Mix the various fruits carefully with the glaze. Refrigerate until ready to use. This can be used with the main course or as the dessert.
