HAM GLAZE 
1 c. brown sugar, packed
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple with syrup
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. spicy brown mustard

Mix sugar, cornstarch, and salt in small saucepan. Stir in pineapple with syrup, lemon juice, mustard. Cook over medium heat until thickened, stirring constantly, about 2 minutes. Cut ham into 1/2 inch slices but not all the way through.

Thirty minutes before ham is done, pour glaze over ham and between slices. For 1-3 pound ham.
