TOSSED WALDORF SALAD 
1 head cauliflower, cut up small
1 head broccoli, cut up small
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped pecans
4 apples, green and red, chopped
10 slices crisp bacon, crumbled
1/4 c. finely diced onion

Dressing:

1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar

Prepare ingredients the day before and add apples just before serving.

Note: This has been a favorite at the teachers' salad luncheon.
