SCALLOPS LILYAN'S PORCHSIDE | |
2 lb. scallops (med. size) 1/4 c. sweet butter 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1/4 c. lemon juice 1/4 c. sherry 1/2 tsp. paprika 1/2 c. bread crumbs Mix together butter, garlic, salt and lemon juice. Pour over scallops and marinate 1 hour. Drain and reserve marinade. Broil inches from broiler until lightly brown. Add sherry to marinade and spoon all over scallops. Sprinkle bread crumbs and paprika. Broil 1-2 minutes. Yield 40. |
